The integration of ideological and political education with student management in higher vocational institutions represents a crucial strategy for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents. This study examines the theoretical foundations, practical challenges, and innovative pathways for collaborative education between these two domains. The research identiffes that the organic synergy between ideological-political education and student management can signiffcantly enhance the quality of talent cultivation in vocational education.Furthermore, digital transformation serves as a powerful catalyst for innovation, enabling precise education and personalized services through intelligent management platforms.
